Empowering Youth in Tunisia's Interior Regions Through Equal Access to Education, Technology, and Opportunities
LevelUP is dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap between Tunisia's coastal and interior regions by providing young Tunisians in underserved areas with access to quality education, modern technology, and pathways to meaningful employment. We believe that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. Our mission is to unlock the potential of youth in Center-West, North-West, and other interior regions, transforming them into drivers of Tunisia's sustainable development.
What We Do
1. Education Access & Quality
We provide youth in interior regions with access to world-class educational resources and personalized learning support.
Our Programs Include:
- Digital Learning Hubs equipped with high-speed internet, computers, and modern learning tools
- Free access to online courses and international learning platforms (Coursera, edX, Khan Academy)
- Tutoring and academic support for secondary and higher education students
- Scholarship programs for exceptional students from low-income families
- Educational materials and resources in Arabic, French, and English
Impact Goal: Help 10,000+ youth annually access quality education that rivals coastal opportunities
2. Digital Inclusion & Technology Access
We bridge the digital divide by providing technology infrastructure, devices, and digital literacy training.
Our Programs Include:
- Establishment of 20+ Digital Learning Hubs across interior regions by 2027
- Distribution of laptops/tablets to students who cannot afford devices
- Digital literacy courses covering essential computer skills and internet safety
- Advanced tech training in coding, web development, and digital tools
- Advocacy for improved broadband infrastructure in underserved areas

3. Skills Development & Vocational Training
We equip youth with market-relevant skills that lead directly to employment or entrepreneurship.

- Business: Entrepreneurship, financial literacy, project management

4. Employment Pathways & Career Development
We create direct connections between talented youth and employment opportunities.
Our Programs Include:
- Virtual mentorship programs connecting interior youth with professionals
- Partnership programs with 50+ companies for hiring and remote work
- Job placement platform specifically for interior region talent
- Remote internship and apprenticeship opportunities
- Virtual career fairs and networking events
- Resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling

6. Legal Assistance & Business Support
We help young entrepreneurs navigate the legal and regulatory landscape.
Our Programs Include:
- Guidance on business registration and legal requirements
- Assistance with permits, licenses, and regulations
- Legal literacy workshops on contracts, intellectual property, and business law
- Connection with pro-bono legal services when needed
- Advocacy for simplified business registration processes

7. Advocacy & Systemic Change
We advocate for policy changes and institutional reforms that address root causes of inequality.
Our Advocacy Work Includes:
